We've always wnjoyed our stay at Riu. Check in and out super easy. The use of the Riu app to make restsurant reservationds, special room requests, and maintenance repairs easy to make. Poperty is clean and well kept.

The room service is the best! They do your room every day, towels replaced daily, they perfectly clean your room and do your bed daily, this is awesome! There are plenty of activities and attractions inside the hotel, it is also well located, closed to the sea and near of markets and small shopping locations. It is also ALL INCLUSIVE, so you don't need to spend money on anything else but your vacation activities. The only thing that can be improved is the food, in my opinion, the food is average compared to other competitors, however, our overall experience despite the food, is excellent and will definitely coming back! Thank you!!!

"The sofar bed was uncomfortable.hard, kids hurt them self on they legs every time they get in because steels frame that stick out underneath bed sheet that them couldn't see. Pool was half close at the time we stay and only little pool was opened so it was over crowded and water was cloudy as too ..."
