Visit the castle of Talmont (40 km) or take a wonderful walk along the hiking trails of La Gravelle (32 km) and La Coulée Verte (29 km). Les Sables-dOlonne is nestled in a marvellous landscape and is a great destination for an excursion. Stroll along the old harbour and through the LÎle Penotte district. Continue along the kilometre-long Le Remblai beach promenade or visit the Saint-Nicolas priory. The shell museum and the zoo are interesting for families with children, and adults can try their luck at the casino.
