"The patio breakfast area was GREAT! The parking was awful, very limited spaces and extremely tight parking spaces. Several cars did not have the dash parking pass that we were required to pay for with our hotel room."

"so my prior stay was great. this room, yes it was a smoking room but it wasn’t clean. the sheets were musty and the room smelled musty. we didn’t even smoke in the room. my boyfriend is a smoker but he smokes outside. there was no soap in the bathroom the conditioner dispenser was broke. the volume on the tv was horrible and the remote didn’t work right. it was only a 1 night stay but i probably won’t come again."

"The hotel was clean, that’s all I can say good about it. First of all the pictures are very misleading. The outside of the hotel looks run down. The rooms were very small and the indoor pool was laughable. Me and my wife were going to get in but there were 6 kids in there which isn’t much but made the pool very crowded. The breakfast was mediocre at best. I was wanting to take my wife on an overnight date to Chattanooga because we can’t get away much and our jaws dropped when we pulled up to the hotel. I don’t appreciate being tricked by misleading pictures"
