Very nice house

It was a very nice house with pool. Just like the pictures. We stayed for 1 week in oktober 2023. The weather was nice with 2 days of rain. We actually make use of the pool. This was still open. The house had everything you need for a nice stay. The owners are very friendly. Even our dog was let to stay in the house (above 24 kg). We make day trips to other city’s. Because Labin is beside the old town not so interesting for us. Thank you to the owner for the nice welcome and stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa near Labin and would rate it five stars without hesitation.The villa itself is immaculate and feels brand new. The bedrooms are comfortable, bright and perfectly maintained, and having three well-equipped bathrooms was ideal for our family of seven. The house is fully equipped with everything you could need, from plenty of towels to a washing machine, and the kitchen had all we required. The layout of the villa worked beautifully for us.One of the main reasons we chose this villa was the pool, and it was just perfect. Our children spent hours enjoying it, while we loved relaxing in the peace and quiet. The setting is so calm and tranquil - exactly what we wanted for our holiday.The owner, Anita, was the most wonderful host. She welcomed us warmly, even when our dog was slightly over the weight limit, and she looked after us so well. We arrived to fresh fruit, and during our stay she kindly brought us local wine when we asked. She even gave us lovely gifts when we left. Communication was easy, even though she mentioned she is stronger in German than English - we had no problems at all. She is truly one of the kindest hosts we’ve ever met.The location is excellent too. The villa is close to the town of Labin, and about a 15-minute drive to Rabac for the beaches. We found two fantastic spots: Plaža Prižinja, a quiet little bay only accessible on foot which felt like a hidden gem, and Girandella beac

Supertolle sehr zu empfehlende Ferienvilla

Das wunderschöne Haus ist hervorragend eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die Einrichtung ist modern, stilvoll und neuwertig. Dasselbe gilt auch für die Terasse, die unter anderem mit Loungemöbeln und großem Esstisch sowie Stühlen ausgestattet ist. Der Garten mit großem Pool, Sonnenliegen und Trampolin sowie einem Profigrill ist ein Traum. Darüber hinaus ist sowohl innen als auch außen alles top gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Gastgeberin ist eine reizende und sehr herzliche Dame, die jederzeit für uns ansprechbar war. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände und Meer sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa Satine und würden sie jederzeit wieder buchen.

erholsamer Aufenthalt im Winter

Wir waren rundherum zufrieden mit dem Haus und unserem Aufenthalt. Durch die Lage in einem kleinen Weiler und den direkt ans Grundstück grenzenden Wald und Wiese ist es sehr ruhig, keinerlei Straßenlärm, man schaut ins Grüne, und man hat im Garten seine Privatsphäre; dort findet man auch einen gut eingerichteten überdachten Außenbereich - den wir aufgrund der Jahreszeit (Winter) natürlich nur begrenzt nutzen konnten. Der Empfang war professionell organisiert und herzlich zugleich. Alles war sauber, das Haus ist geräumig, und die Einrichtung machte einen recht neuwertigen Eindruck, die Betten waren gut. In der Nähe (z.B. Duga Luka oder Labin-Rabac) kann man Speziergänge und kleinere Wanderungen unternehmen.

Ruhe Oase am Waldrand

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit unseren beiden Hunden in diesem tollen Haus verbracht. Die Vermieter sind super nett, hilfsbereit & gastfreundlich, und die Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthalts lief problemlos per WhatsApp. Das Haus liegt am Waldrand und der Garten mit Pool ist ein Traum für Ruhesuchende. Für Hundebesitzer sei zu bemerken, dass das Grundstück recht abgeschlossen, jedoch nicht nicht eingezäunt ist.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir wurden freundlichst in diesem sehr schönen sauberen und sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichteten Ferienhaus empfangen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind mit dem Auto in ein paar Minuten reichlich zu erreichen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt gerne einmal wieder.

Schönes großes Haus

Freundliche Vermieter, die immer hilfsbereit sind. Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet und der Service seitens Vermieter ist top. Der Pool ist groß. Wir fahren seit Jahren nach Kroatien und waren sehr erfreut zu sehen, dass an jedem Fenster Fliegengitter sind, was die Mücken fern gehalten hat. Auf den Bildern ist zwar kein Grill zu sehen, jedoch ist ein Gasgrill vorhanden. Das Haus liegt Abseits Labin und es ist angenehm ruhig, da so gut wie kein Verkehr herrscht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Freundliche Vermieterinnen, wunderschönes Haus, grandiose Wanderwege --> super Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Silvester-Familien-Urlaub mit 5 Leuten und 2 Hunden dort verbracht. Dafür war das Haus super geeignet: die drei Schlafzimmer sind wunderschön und sehr geräumig. Bei den beiden Zimmern im ersten Stock ist das Badezimmer jeweils direkt integriert. Das untere Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein separates Bad. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr sauber, die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sehr modern, schön und neuwertig. Den großen Garten mit Pool konnten wir im Winter leider nicht wirklich nutzen, aber im Frühling oder Sommer ist er fraglos ein ganz dickes Plus. Die Lage ist sehr schön und praktisch: ruhig und Abseits vom Trubel, aber per Auto ist man in nur 5 min bei allen wichtigen Läden, in 10 min in der kleinen, aber sehr hübschen Altstadt von Labin und in nur 15 min am Meer (z.B. in Rabac). Neben dem Meer gibt es zudem zahlreiche wunderschöne Wanderwege, die man v.a. jenseits der Saison vollkommen für sich alleine hat. Die Vermieterinnen waren sehr nett, sehr hilfsbereit und bei Bedarf auch sehr schnell zur Stelle, da sie direkt im Nachbarhaus wohnen. Insgesamt: eine dicke Empfehlung von uns!
