The house has central air conditioning, which is sufficient to cool the entire house. The house was completely renovated in 2021 and presents itself with a new kitchen, bathroom and beds.

    The entire house and of course the 25m2 pool are also at the exclusive disposal of the guest. Parking spaces are of course also available.

    Various beaches on different coasts can be reached in 20 minutes by car.
