The flat has 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed that can accommodate a further 2 people. The living room is decorated in a classic Croatian style and has a high-quality real wood floor. The living room leads directly to the very well-equipped solid wood kitchen with a large dining table and plenty of space for cooking.
Directly at the entrance to the flat is a beautiful romantic outdoor terrace from which you have a wonderful view of the well-tended and lovingly designed garden.
The spacious 24m2 outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols is of course for your exclusive use.
Ideally, you can enjoy the balmy summer evenings with your loved ones over a homemade BBQ at the specially designed barbecue area on the property. The flat has been air-conditioned since May 2024.
This accommodation offers a lot of charm, a quiet yet central location outside the city centre. You will find numerous shopping centres, restaurants and bars just 5 minutes away by car. The popular and very well known Rabac beach is only 6 km away.
