Holiday house with fantastic sea view and pool - spring offer from 27. 4.-19. 5th

  • New house (DHH) in Istrian style, partly with natural stone walls, arches, several terraces with great sea views. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, large living room with a beautiful terrace with barbecue and fantastic sea views. On the west side, at the entrance there is also a large sunny terrace with natural stone slabs. Since the house is built on a slope, the bedrooms are on the lower floor, 2 bedrooms have an exit to a covered terrace, also with wonderful sea views. Via an outside staircase leads to the small garden with swimming pool (6 x 4 m), from there you can also enjoy the beautiful sea views. 'Casa Adriatica' located in a small, quiet complex with 8 Ferienhäusern- and 6 apartments. For shopping you drive about 6 km to Labin, there are several supermarkets, a market (fish, fruit, vegetables, etc.) and many shops.
