Schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub und konnten uns gut erholen. Das Haus sieht genau so aus, wie es auf den Bilder ersichtlich ist. Die Unterkunft konnten wir ohne Probleme finden und die Lage ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Die Kinder konnten entsprechend rumtoben und hatten Spass am Pool. Ist wirklich ein empfehlenswertes Domizil.

Fantastisch huis met zwembad

Mooi huis, rustige omgeving. Goed onderhouden groot zwembad. Eigenaar heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles wat nodig is voor rustige relaxte vakantie. Genoten van zwembad, ligstoelen en BBQ. Gereisd met 3 volwassen kinderen.

Modernes Ferienhaus

Sehr schönes, modern eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir haben hier vier tolle Wochen verbracht. S. war ein sehr freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Schöner, sehr sauberer Pool. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten machen den Aufenthalt abwechslungsreich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Wunderbar

Dieses Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles richtig sauber war. Die Schlüsselübergabe war sehr einfach: an das Ferienhaus fahren, dem Besitzer anrufen und den Code für den Schlüsselsafe erfragen. Und schon kommt man ins Haus und kann den Pool und alles genießen. Auch den Zugang für das WLAN erhält man gleich. Alles sehr unkompliziert und durchaus zu empfehlen.

Moderne woning vlakbij Labin/Rabac

Vrij nieuwe villa met een heerlijk zwembad. Huis is niet makkelijk te vinden als je de eerste keer aankomt. Een bordje aan de hoofdweg zou het makkelijker maken. De huiseigenaar is heel prettig in omgang makkelijk contact onderhouden per app. Keukengereis precies voor 6 personen afgemeten. Oven was moeilijk te bedienen bij de knoppen ontbraken de graden en tijd. Apart toilet zou prettiger zijn. De routing naar de tuin is onhandig vanaf zijkant van het huis. Je mist verlichting in luifel.

Tolles Haus in schöner, ruhiger Lage

Wir verbrachten zu fünft eine Woche in dem Haus und waren begeistert. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sauber und wirkt neuwertig. Zudem liegt es ein kleines bisschen abgelegen, wodurch wir bei den "Poolpartys" mit den Kindern die Musik auch ohne schlechtes Gewissen mal lauter machen konnten. Die Küche ist gut grundausgestattet. Auf Nachfragen brachte der Vermieter sofort am nächsten Tag ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns gefehlt hatten und zudem leckerem Cheescake. Überhaupt war der Kontakt zum Vermiet

Erholung pur mit Rollstuhl

Wir durften das Haus und die Umgebung 3 Wochen genießen. Das Haus ist sehr gut räumlich aufgeteilt. Und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch wenn es nicht absolut Rollstuhl gerecht ist, kann ein Mensch der ein paar Schritt selbstständig noch gehen kann oder wie in unserem Fall eine Jungendliche die man noch gut händeln kann, hier gut zurecht kommen. Alle Räume haben breite Türen. Die Dusche ist gut erreichbar und bei Mitnahme eines Reiseduschstuhls gut machbar. Das WC ist frei erreichbar. Einzig im Bad ist das Waschbecken nicht unterfahrbar. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Die Spülmaschine ist auf Grund des Wassers vor Ort etwas mitgenommen und irgendwie schwer zu bedienen. Der Pool ist klasse. Es führt eine kleinen gemauerte Treppe in den Pool. Über die Terrasse am Parkplatz kann man einen Rollstuhl gut in die Wohnung bekommen. Hier muss nur eine Stufenhöhe von ca. 25 cm und die Schwelle der Terrassentür überwunden werden. Ist aber sehr gut machbar wenn man mit Begleitpersonen reist. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind perfekt. Super nett, hilfsbereit und kümmern sich wirklich um alles sofort. Die Zufahrt zum Haus ist steil und steinig. Wer mit Sportwagen reist sollte hier besonderst vorsichtig sein. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Man ist schnell an den Supermärkten in Labin, ebenso wie in der Altstadt und in Rabac. Ein idealer Standort für Ruhesuchende und doch ist man in 10 Minuten im größten Partyttrubel, wenn man es möchte. Einen persönlichen Tipp, der Besitzer meldet sich vor dem Urlaub mit Nachrichten zur Schlüsselübergabe per SMS in Englisch. Bitte lesen! Da wir sonst keine Nachrichten in Enlisch bekommen und die Nummer aus dem Ausland kam, haben wir die SMS unglesen gelöscht. Wir wünschen allen weitern Gäste ebenso viel Spaß und Freude wie wir hatten.

Zufahrt nur über Umweg - Grund Bauarbeiten

Die Zufahrtsstrasse vor unserem Haus wurde aufgerissen und davon wussten wir leider nichts, deshalb gestaltete sich die Anreise etwas abenteuerlich. Herr XXX der Besitzer, hat mir scheinbar eine SMS geschickt, die ich aber leider nicht erhalten habe. Die Lärmbelästigung war aber dank dem Waldstück zwischen Strasse und Haus nur gering und hat uns nicht weiter gestört. Wegen der Bauarbeiten hatten wir einmal 2 Std. keinen Strom und 2 Tage später 2-3 Std. kein Wasser. Die Besitzer waren aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben sofort abgeklärt woran es liegt! Ein Wort zur Kücheneinrichtung: Es hat alles funktioniert, aber die Geschirrspülmaschine war schon sehr mitgenommen... z.B. rostige Geschirrkörbe.
