"Maggie the receptionist was very pleasant. The breakfast was the best I have ever seen at a hotel. There were eggs, gluten free baked items, avacado, cereal, waffles, sausage, fruit, muffins, bagels, tea, coffee. All overlooking the back hill. The room was spacious. There are trail off the back of the property. The German resteraunt ( Mountain Brewhous) across the street was great. The wait staff wears German costumes. We went hiking in Minnewaska state park and saw the waterfall. "

"The location is fantastic - there are lots of things to do and see in this area. The house itself is on a large wooded lot in a very quiet neighborhood. It has been remodeled recently and is in excellent shape. "

"The big sunroom is the best place to hang out with a cool (cozy!) fireplace and the great album collection. Lots of cozy comfortable seating and blankets for all of us too. We played games listen to music watched the sunrise and sunset. Dreamy."
