"The views and room design were beautiful, and we enjoyed the sauna and steam rooms. However, we expected the small indoor pool to feel more like a hot tub. The water was too cool for us to relax comfortably, although a staff member said the temperature was normal. Service also varied: the woman on the first day wasn’t very welcoming when we asked for coffee, while the man the next morning was warm and friendly. The New Paltz area is lovely for walks and a short getaway, but we would only consider staying again at a lower rate."

"What a great getaway. Liana's house was awesome. Easily fits 8 for group meals and games, yet has many smaller seating areas for one on one conversations. You will never want to leave the hot tub ! Don't spend a fortune at Mohonk mountain resort, this is so much better and you can book a day pass at the resort if you want a nice spa day only 15 minutes away.So many small touches made such a difference. Convenient electrical outlets in every bedroom. A great 70's vinyl collection. A huge sunroom for relaxing. The main TV has a Guest mode that allows you to log into your subscriptions and then all your account info is automatically deleted when you leave. I'll let you find the other goodies for yourself once you book her place. And if you travel with your family dog, theres even a supply of assorted accessories for them in case you forget yours !!"

"Our stay was lovely! The property is perfectly situated for a relaxing vacation but also close enough to shops, farms, and parks in nearby New Paltz. Sheila was also very responsive and helpful; she provided useful sightseeing and restaurant recommendations and, when we contacted her with a refrigerator issue, she responded immediately and even stopped by the following day to make sure everything was working as it should. Our pup was relaxed in a way we hadn’t seen in quite a while! Will definitely be back to this special spot!"

"We had the best time at this New Paltz property! It was perfect for a family getaway. The kids playroom was a big hit with the 3-5 year olds. The house is in perfect condition and very clean. It is designed for comfort: 3 bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms plus another room with bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, dishes, and appliances such as a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric tea pot and more. We loved having meals in the room next to the kitchen that had a long table that easily seats 10-12. We grilled dinner on our first night and everyone was happy. Our hosts gave us clear directions and were helpful and accessible. I highly recommend this property and we are already talking about returning next year."
