"Pros: Absolutely excellent service from all staff members, at the reception and restaurant and the cleaning staff. They were all exceptionally courteous, pleasant and professional. The hotel premises are beautiful. Really nice hotel, with a luxurious and calming feel. The room was very quiet and bed comfortable.
Cons: I was however disappointed at the fact that the spa/jacuzzi outside was out of service (not even water in it so clearly a bigger problem) and that this was not communicated to me prior to my arrival or on their website. They also forgot to put a bathrobe in my room as promised with the room description. Reception said they would send me one to the room, but it never came. I was therefore stuck walking around the hotel in my towel after using the pool and unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the lounge chairs due to colder weather and having only a wet towel.
Despite the little disappointments, I would still definitely come back. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a little piece of haven for their stay. "
