Sapphire Blue Apartment: This holiday rental offered by Bru et Fils Immobilier is located on the ground floor of a quiet residence consisting of several buildings, on the South Beaches of Lacanau Océan. The residence offers a pleasant setting for a peaceful stay and has a communal swimming pool with a children's pool, accessible from 15 June to 15 September.



The location allows you to fully enjoy the locality, with the ocean approximately 150 metres away, shops 500 metres away and the lake located 5 km away, ideal for alternating between relaxation on the beach, walks and water activities during your holiday in Lacanau Océan.



The accommodation includes a functional living area with a table, chairs, a sofa bed and a television. The integrated kitchenette area, incorporated into the living room, is equipped with a sink, two ceramic hobs, a microwave, storage cupboards, crockery and kitchen utensils, as well as a dishwasher, allowing practical organisation of daily life.



The room is fitted with a double bed of 140 cm and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washbasin. The toilet is separate. Outside, a terrace overlooking the living room is equipped with garden furniture and a parasol, offering a pleasant space to enjoy nice days.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the holiday rental and can be offered as an option, with rates available upon request from Bru et Fils Immobilier Agency. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
