At the entrance a very pleasant north west facing veranda is a pleasant lounge area. A bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Two bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds. A renovated shower room. Hübsches, gut gelegenes Objekt mit angenehmem Innen- und Aussenraum.
Mobiliar teilweise stark „abgelebt“. Mit mehr Sorgfalt wäre es das ideale Haus.

Charmante location d’été
Jolie villa typique de Lacanau-Océan bien située dans une rue calme. Meublée et décorée de façon charmante. Cuisine très bien équipée. Pièces ayant de beaux volumes. Seuls bémols exprimés par la famille: beaucoup de fourmis qui s’invitent dans la maison et le lit 2 places un peu étroit (140cm).
