This landaise style house is situated on a 2000 m² property only 50m from the lake, in a calm and peaceful neighborhood. Adjacent to the spacious living area is the terrace with outdoor grill, outdoor shower, and lots of beautiful garden corners, ideal to relax or have a nap.
Spacious living room has an integrated fully equipped kitchen, a dinning area, fireplace, TV and panoramic windows to the terrace. There are 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 2 toilets.
