Maison Jardin de Large: Holiday rental in the heart of the Lacanau pine forest, this semi-detached holiday home offers a peaceful setting near the golf course. Enlarged and completely renovated in 2021, it is appealing with its careful decoration and warm atmosphere, ideal for a relaxing stay with family or friends. The house is located in a housing complex with a collective swimming pool, accessible from 15 June to 15 September. The ocean and beaches of Lacanau are approximately 1.7 km away, the lake is 1.2 km away, and shops are at the same distance.



The living spaces are bright and comfortable. The living room is located in a new conservatory, a true living space open to the outside, equipped with a sofa, armchairs, a coffee table and a television. The adjoining dining room has a friendly dining area with a table and chairs as well as a wardrobe. The kitchen, functional and modern, is perfectly equipped for seasonal rental with induction hobs, fridge-freezer, combined microwave grill and oven, dishwasher, storage, crockery, utensils and coffee makers.



The house includes a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed in 160 x 200 cm, new bedding, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers with television. The bathroom has a shower, a washbasin, toilet and a washing machine. Upstairs, a small mezzanine accommodates two single beds in 90 x 200 cm, ideal for children or teenagers.



Outside, two wooden terraces allow you to fully enjoy the natural setting. They are fitted with a garden lounge, a barbecue, an awning and a parasol, perfect for meals and moments of relaxation in the open air. A small fenced garden completes the ensemble and provides a pleasant and secure outdoor space.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental and may be offered as an option. This accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Le logement par lui-même qui est agréable et très lumineux Ce lit coffre qui n'est pas pratique avec les tablettes de nuit qui sont à hauteur du visage et qui nous semblent dangereuses le canapé qui n'est pas très confortable mais surtout il faudrait mettre un filme ou quelque chose d'autre car quand il fait très chaud le soleil tape très fort sur la véranda.

Belle location de vacances très bien aménagée au coeur de la pinède

Belle location de vacances avec un espace de vie très bien aménagé et contemporain tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Idéalement située ( à proximité des plages, des commerces, et accès directs pour visiter Lacanau et la région). L'extension avec la véranda est un vrai avantage. La chambre double était grande et la literie confortable.

Très bien

Maison idéale pour famille avec 2 enfants. Elle est assez spacieuse pour 4 et la déco est réussie. Elle est située au calme au milieu de la pinède. Et nous avons tout fait à vélo (plage, balades, ptits commerces, ...) La piscine de la résidence a eu beaucoup de succès auprès de nos enfants. Alors pourquoi pas 5 étoiles ? Car nous avons trouvé que les prestations de l'agence de location ne sont vraiment pas au niveau attendu d'une jolie location comme celle-ci: - Problème de serrure dès notre arrivée qui n'a jamais été résolu. En guise de sécurité, il fallait bidouiller un loquet sur la porte fenetre et ce uniquement depuis l'exterieur... - Le linge loué auprès de l'agence est du bas de gamme de chez "Elis". Pour 90€ par semaine, ça ne les vaut pas du tout. Si vous pouvez, amenez votre linge. - L'heure de départ était de 9h, un peu tot pour nous (on a toujours vu 10h ailleurs). Surtout que ceux qui ne payent pas le ménage peuvent eux partir à 10h. Allez comprendre, quand on prend le ménage, on paye plus cher, mais on doit partir plus tot... - La maison était vide de tout (Epices, Condiments de base, PQ, sopalin, sacs poubelle, savon, liquide vaisselle). Ca fait très mesquin. Le pompon étant le "kit de bienvenue", fourni par l'agence, qui était complement risible... - A noter également que nous n'avons jamais fait le tour de la maison avec un membre de l'agence que ça soit à l'arrivée ou au départ. Je ne vois donc pas sur quelle base ils pourraient éventuellement faire une retenue sur caution. Heureusement donc que nous n'avons eu aucun souci. En résumé: - Maison: Top - Prestations de l'agence: Pas au niveau.

Beau petit logement au milieu des pins

Le logement est très bien placé au milieu des pins, à quelques minutes à vélo de la plage. Quoique un peu petit pour 4 adultes... Selon moi, la propreté des lieux peut être améliorée mais nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
