C'est la 2e fois que nous louons cette maison familiale, très bien située, proche du club de voile, du lac pour les enfants. A l'année prochaine... Ajouter une cocotte minute, une poêle à crêpe, tables gigognes dans le salon

Que dire de plus ? 3 semaines de soleil et de calme dans la forêt au bord du lac ! Nous pensons déjà à revenir l'an prochain ! Merci à Marianne pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !

Très bel emplacement au calme proche du lac

Très bon rapport qualité prix car la maison est assez rustique mais le prix n’était pas élevé pour la situation. La maison est grande et le jardin aussi. La plancha est top Pour améliorer la location je changerai le tanquarville, Problèmes d’évacuation des eaux usées, grosses odeurs d’humidité principalement dans la chambre enfants, les rideaux seraient à réparer et une bouilloire serait un plus.

Logement vétuste

Très bien située, malheureusement cette maison est bricolée avec un plafond qui descend à 1.8m, elle est recouverte de tôle (bonjour la chaleur). Elle est restée dans son jus des années 60 et sent le renfermé. La mauvaise qualité de l'ameublement et de la literie est incompatible avec une location. Le ménage n'y avait pas été fait correctement, la chambre des enfants à du être désinfectée après notre arrivée. Décevant à ce tarif.

Lacanau lac

Ravie de mon séjour malgré le mauvais temps hormis le dernier jour. Propriété à 50 mètres du lac. Parfait. Nous reviendrons sur une periode plus ensoleillée car, c était vraiment très sympa !!!!!!

Excellent rapport qualité-prix

La situation géographique est idéale, les pistes cyclables sont accessibles en 2 minutes, idem pour le club de voile et ses activités. Il faudrait revoir un peu la vaisselle dépareillée et vieillotte. Il faut changer l étendoir à linge qui ne tient plus debout et remettre des pinces à linge neuves car il en reste très peu.

L'emplacement La douche italienne Le grand jardin La literie La réactivité de l'agence (cf. PLANCHA) Merci... La table du salon qui est fortement penchée. Le télévision qui ne capte pas bien. Je n'ai pas trouvé de rateau pour nettoyer le jardin rempli d'aiguilles de pins et de feuilles très piquantes ( beaucoup d'arbustes style Houx dont les feuilles piquent) mes filles en bas âge ont plusieurs fois pleurée a cause de ces feuilles qui se logent jusque dans les chaussures. Il faudrai si possible arracher ces arbustes piquant surtout pour une location familiale avec enfants. Mettre un petit panneau interdiction de stationner devant le portail...nous avons eu 2 fois une voiture garée devant notre portail en rentrant de l'océan car le marquage au sol indique un stationnement. Oui il existe des abrutis qui se garent devant un portail... Sinon nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. Merci beaucoup Cordialement Mr Andren Guillaume

le cadre végétal et la situation : au bord du lac et ds cette belle forêt de pins un effort devrai être fait pour le jardin, quasiment à l'abandon et sans aucune fleur j'ai découvert un tout petit laurier rose enfoui ds la verdure voisine et que j'ai dégagé ...
