The stay is friendly and bright, with a dining area and a relaxation corner equipped with a sofa and a television. The open kitchenette is fully equipped with a sink, electric cooker, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, storage, crockery and kitchen utensils, to prepare your meals with complete ease.



The house has a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a hallway with a large wardrobe, offering practical storage space. Upstairs, a mezzanine accommodates two single beds (90 cm) and a chest of drawers, ideal for children or teenagers. The bathroom is functional with a shower, washbasin, toilet, and a washing machine.



The terrace located in front of the living room allows enjoying meals outdoors and peaceful evenings. In terms of location, the ocean is 2.5 km away, the lake is 3 km away, and shops are 2.5 km away, offering easy access to beaches, water activities, and resort services.
