Private parking is located at the rear of the residence. Access to the apartments is via large staircases.



The studio offers a bright and carefully designed living space, including a high table with high chairs, a chest of drawers, a television, a bench serving as a sofa and a 160 cm fold-down bed, allowing optimisation of space while ensuring excellent sleeping comfort. The kitchenette area, integrated into the living room, is very well equipped with a sink, induction hobs, a fridge/freezer, a microwave/oven combination, a washer/dryer as well as storage cupboards with crockery and kitchen utensils.



The bathroom features a shower, a washbasin and WC. The balcony, fitted with garden furniture, sun loungers and a parasol, offers a superb view of the ocean, ideal for fully enjoying the marine environment throughout the day. A private parking space completes this property.



This studio is perfect for a comfortable stay for two, a few steps from the beach and the centre of Lacanau Océan. Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included and can be offered as an option upon request. The accommodation is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
