Beautiful house "Yara", built in 2018. 3 km from the centre of Lacanau Océan, 10 km from the centre of Lacanau Ville, 55 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Le Huga" 260 m, sandy beach "Plage Centrale Lacanau" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, surf school 3.5 km, riding stable 7 km. Please note: main road 20 m from the property.
"Yara", 4-room house 120 m2. Bright, modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large terrace roofed. Alles klasse, Vermieter sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, sehr sauber ,leider nur ein Deutsches TV Programm (arte), insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Huisje met alle nodige comfort
Ondanks gelegen aan een redelijk drukke weg, zit je toch rustig. Nieuw huisje met alle comfort dat je nodig hebt, groot overdekt terras. Lacanau en Carcans zijn vlakbij: zalig om daar te vertoeven. De eigenaars zijn heel vriendelijke mensen. Wij hebben dan ook een super vakantie gehad. We kunnen de locatie en het huisje dan ook aan iedereen aanbevelen !
