Beautiful house "Yara", built in 2018. 3 km from the centre of Lacanau Océan, 10 km from the centre of Lacanau Ville, 55 km from the centre of Bordeaux, in the residential district, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the lake. Private: well-kept garden 400 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop "Le Huga" 260 m, sandy beach "Plage Centrale Lacanau" 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, surf school 3.5 km, riding stable 7 km. Please note: main road 20 m from the property.
"Yara", 4-room house 120 m2. Bright, modern furnishings: living/dining room with panoramic window with dining table and TV (flat screen), wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Large terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.
