Corridor serving a bedroom with a double bed 180 cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet and a laundry and dressing area. The kitchen is equipped with central island giving through glass door on a south facing terrace with garden furniture and electric awning.
Upstairs, you have 4 attic rooms: 3 with double beds 160 cm and a child’s room with bed 90, (+ cot + high chair), an independent toilet with hand wash, and a patio overlooking north facing balcony.
The house is in height not overlooked, and you benefit from an ideal exposure to enjoy the sun all day. Enjoy your furnished terrace with sheltered outdoor kitchen, jacuzzi for 7 people (high-end HotSpring massages), bowling alley and table tennis, outside shower.
