This single-storey villa, located on a quiet street on the south side of Lacanau, offers an ideal setting for relaxing holidays with family or friends. It is approximately 900 metres from the Atlantic Ocean and shops, while Lacanau Lake is accessible 5 km away. The house benefits from a fully enclosed garden of 700 m² and a jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. WIFI connection is possible.



The interior is organised around a pleasant and bright living area, fitted with a table and chairs, a sofa, armchairs and a television, creating a friendly space for shared moments.



The independent, functional and well-equipped kitchen has a sink, a refrigerator, cooking hobs, an electric oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, storage cupboards as well as the necessary crockery and kitchen utensils for a completely autonomous stay.



The ground floor comprises three bedrooms, each fitted with a double bed and a wardrobe, offering appreciable comfort for all occupants. A bathroom with a shower and washbasin is available, as well as separate toilets.



Upstairs, a fourth bedroom equipped with a double bed of 140 cm completes the sleeping area. A second bathroom, with a bath, shower and WC, is also accessible at this level.



Outside, the terrace adjacent to the living room, furnished with a table and chairs, allows you to enjoy meals in the open air. The conservatory houses a jacuzzi, offering a true wellness space, sheltered from prying eyes, in the heart of the enclosed garden.



Household linen and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental; these services are offered as an option, rates upon request.
