Enjoy 135 m2 of comfort for a relaxing holiday, just 5 minutes' drive from the ocean, shops and lake.

The villa has a large living room with (very) high ceilings and : Living room with 2 sofas, small Tv and Dvd player, dining table, fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, etc.) opening onto the large covered terrace and private 10x5m swimming pool.

Wifi (fibre) in the house.

Enjoy 135 m2 of comfort for a relaxing holiday, just 5 minutes' drive from the ocean, shops and lake.

The villa has a large living room with (very) high ceilings and : Living room with 2 sofas, small Tv and Dvd player, dining table, fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker with filters, kettle, etc.) opening onto the large covered terrace and private 10x5m swimming pool.

On either side of this central room, you will find two "night" wings.

Wing 1 :

- Bedroom 1: 2 beds 90x200 with en-suite shower room and Wc.

- Bedroom 2: "parental" area comprising a bedroom with a 160x200 bed + bathroom + separate Wc + dressing room. Access and view of the garden/pool.

Wing 2 :

- Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90x200. View of garden/pool

- Bedroom 4: 2 beds 90x200

- 1 shower room

- 1 separate Wc.

Terrace and garden furniture (dining table, chairs, parasol, sun loungers, etc.) is at your disposal.

Access to the swimming pool is not gated. However, there is an approved underwater pool alarm.

Localisation impeccable (en bordure de forêt) et hôte (Alice) très réactive et disponible !La piscine est grande et parfaite pour toute la famille.Ceci étant, il y a beaucoup d'imperfection dans la maison (dalles cassées, couvercle de la plancha cassé, douche, évier et toilettes d'une partie de la maison bouchés)... Cela fait beaucoup et a affecté négativement notre séjour.Alice nous a assuré que des travaux étaient prévus. A refaire si les travaux ont bien été faits.

Superbe séjour - tout à disposition

Le suivi d'Alice était excellent, la maison est idéale pour 8 personnes, elle est très bien agencée, dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire et est parfaitement située entre lac, forêt et océan. L'entretien du jardin et de la piscine chaque semaine est un petit plus appréciable ! Rien en particulier

Bruyant! La configuration des maisons en cercle fait que l on entend beaucoup les voisins, 15 mn en vélo de la plage, la maison vétuste a besoin de travaux (sdb frigo) ni draps ni serviettes, la piscine n est pas chauffée et la literie pas top!
