Villa Marceau - LACANAU

Our holiday cottage is located 800 meters from Lacanau's South Beach and also from the town center. The cycle path passes right by the gate at the bottom of the house. This house, situated on a hill, offers a beautiful view and is nestled under magnificent pine trees. You can also easily reach the forest. You are also 10 minutes from Lake Moutchic, close to the golf course (1.5 km), and 500 meters from a 1500 m² tennis court. A bicycle rental shop is located 150 meters from the villa. You have a kitchen/dining room and a large living room, three bedrooms with very comfortable beds (two 160x200 cm beds and two 90x200 cm beds), one bedroom with an en-suite shower room (including a wardrobe and toilet), a second shower room, and a separate toilet. A storage room is available with a washing machine and for storing your bicycles. Heating is extra; the first bag of wood pellets for the stove is included, and subsequent bags can be paid for on site. Outside, under a covered area, you'll find garden furniture perfect for al fresco dining. Lacanau is a pleasant town with all amenities, including the Lacanau Pro surf school, and numerous surf schools await you. Gas for cooking (if the cooktop uses gas), water within reasonable limits, and a daily allowance of 8 kWh of electricity. One bag of wood pellets is provided.
