"La habitación que reserve era con vista a la playa balcón, sofá cama y king size bed / Cama extra grande. Me entregaron otra habitación BÁSICA totalmente diferente a mi reservación. Por lo cual no pudimos llegar a descansar aproximadamente 10:00 pm, nos llevó un tiempo tratar de comunicarnos con EXPEDÍA donde hicimos la reservación. Para resolver Los cuales fueron amables y trataron de darnos una solución por el inconveniente de la habitación no hubo comunicación entre el hotel y EXPEDÍA. Hotel NO CONTESTÓ LA LLAMADA. Nos apersonamos de la situación por que el trabajador de recepción nos comunicó que no reservamos directamente con el hotel no podía solucionar el inconveniente. Nos cambiaron a una habitación con 2 camas era mejor que lo que me entregaron inicialmente. PERO LAS SÁBANAS OLÍAN MUY MAL NO ESTABAN LIMPIAS. LAS SÁBANAS TENÍAN OLORES DE DIFERENTES PERDONAS POR LO TANTO NO FUE UNA BUENA EXPERIENCIA. LO DEMÁS ESTUVO MUY BIEN LA UBICACIÓN DEL HOTEL EL PARQUEADERO APROPIADO. PISCINA EN BUENAS CONDICIONES,, EL ELEVADOR SE DAÑO TEMPORALMENTE PERO LO SOLUCIONARON RÁPIDO, EL DESAYUNO ESPECTACULAR PERSONAL MUY AMABLE Y ATENTO MEJORÓ NUESTRA ESTADÍA DE 4 DÍAS. MUCHAS GRACIAS A EL PERSONAL QUE NOS ATENDIÓ. Y SOBRE TODO AL PERSONAL DEL ASEO."

"The location of this hotel is its prime benefit. Located right on the water with a fun bar and dock on the water. The room itself was adequate and reasonably clean although it could use some updates. It was very convenient to be able to pull right up to the room to load and unload. Also, we had our small dog with us and it was nice to have the dog yard on the back side of the hotel room to take her out to potty."

"Close to Naval Base. Plenty of free parking. Helpful staff. Breakfast is very minimal. Our room looked very clean. The problem was a very earthy unpleasant smell. We were pretty sure it was coming from a/c unit. The room provided what we needed for the night."
