"Everything about our stay was awsome! The staff, the room, the view, access to restaurants, access to tennis courts! One of the things we liked best was their use of all the flowers and colorful shrubs and different types of trees that are on the property! Very nice!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would absolutely return. The front desk staff were exceptional. One evening, my son wasn’t feeling well and everything at the hotel had already closed. Alessia went above and beyond to find us some water, which made him feel much better. Her kindness and willingness to help really meant a lot. Sandro was also fantastic. He went out of his way to secure a reservation at the restaurant where I wanted to celebrate my birthday, and I truly appreciated his help. The hotel itself is spotless and exceptionally well maintained. You can tell the property is cared for with great attention to detail. The towels were soft and plush, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh options every day. The only area I think could be improved is the breakfast service. While the food was outstanding, the staff could be a little friendlier and more welcoming. A simple “good morning” would go a long way in creating a warmer atmosphere. The staff member who checks guests into breakfast also asks quite a few questions and stands watch over the entrance, which can feel a bit unwelcoming. Overall, though, this was an amazing stay. The exceptional service from the front desk team, the comfortable accommodations, and the excellent facilities far outweighed this small issue. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Algarve."

"Stunning property and the pool was excellent. The location is very nice kind of towards more high-end part of town, but easily walkable right to the central part of town as well. Everyone that worked there was very kind and courteous, and our room was nice and clean."
