"It was clean. It smelled really clean when we checked in the staff is really helpful and amazing. The food is really good and playful. They have the buffet the grill and the café. We really loved it. The amenities are amazing. They had the gym they had the massage massage place. They also have the Italian restaurant we didn’t get to check that out, but it looks so amazing. We also love the outback space with the fountain was the pool table and we love the beach access and we also like like the transport to pier one we love love love it no no no OK. I got it. I’ll get it for you."

"Some of the staff were amazing however we found the staff at breakfast to be inattentive and felt ignored. The bartenders were all amazing. The resort was very clean. The food was good. The buffet felt like a repeat everyday however the specialty restaurants were amazing. We did the Italian and the steakhouse which were both excellent."

"I didn’t like the way the daytime staff in the souvenir shop followed me around asking repeatedly if I wanted to buy something. I was clearly only there to make a purchase however I was simply browsing. It caused me to leave without buying anything. I did come back in the evening shift and they were much more pleasant."
