The staff were courteous and helpful. The door to my room kept acting up. It wouldn t close from outside. So i had to call the desk everytime i went out and came back to the room. That was very inconvenient. But the staff were very kice and prompt to respond

This hotel was in a terrible state. The bathroom was filthy and very poorly maintained- and one could tell that this was chronic. The room and corridors were in a poor state all around. In all, a very disappointing experience for such a reputable brand.

Great price for a not so great hotel. Desperately needs new carpet and paint. Condensation from a/c leaked on the floor. Bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. But the shower was hot with good pressure and the bed was comfortable. It took over an hour to get a pizza and hamburger from the restaurant.

The proximity to the airport is good, the breakfast buffet is very good and the staff are very courteous and friendly. Please change the carpets in the rooms or put tiles that will be easier to maintain.

The food options for Americans is great! Not too spicy and very plentiful! I was very pleased with cleanliness of the room and property. Close to the airport, good place to stop before or after a flight. I would definitely return!

I checked in twice. In my first check in (16th to 18th of June, 2023) I was in room 321 for two nights, the room was dirty (carpet not clean, the bed sheet was not white and damp, the air condition wasn't functioning well). The hotel needs complete internal renovation. Externally , the structure was great. Good building. For my second check in (20th to 22nd June 2023), I was in room 347. This was a cleaner room, however the it was great compared to other hotels I have stayed.

Only one word can describe this hotel - disgusting. I know it is a low cost facility but it is in such a terrible state it is a disgrace to the Ibis brand and would only happen in Nigeria. The hotel is so filthy and run down I was afraid to touch or eat anything there. Totally unacceptable. I had an 8 hour layover in Lagos so need an affordable place for a few hours and it was the closest. I knew it was not going to be the Ritz but the level of filth and neglect was shocking. Nothing like the Ibis in Accra.

It would have been an amazing stay but there some negative attitude of your staff towards customers that need addressing. It took a lot of persuasion to get a late meal after this was initially explained. I was not allowed to join my son at his breakfast table after I indicated that I am not interested in the early light breakfast. I was also not given a second key to the room.

First and the last time lodging here!
I booked this hotel due to the services they listed on their website that the provide (shuttle services). But its very disappointing to see that those services are not available. They did not have towels in the room to take shower, tried calling the front desk for towels, the phone in the room does not work. I had to go back to the front desk to get some towels. I even mentioned that the phone in the room doesn't work, she told me someone is coming to fix it but nobody showed up. Also the carpet in the room looks disgusting and it needs an upgrade. Update your services on your website so that people will choose the right option that is suitable for their needs.
