"Lovely hotel and excellet value for Money staying on a Sunday and Monday evening. This is our go to hotel if we stay in Liverpool if the price is right. Slightly disappointed as we didn’t get the complimentary upgrade we were promised by email from the hotel, however all the rooms are nice and spacious. The little touches such as use of a fridge and a couple of bottles of water on arrival are nice too."

"Staff very friendly from the reception to the maintenance workers! However we had a few minor issues with the room. The bedside lamp was not working which meant we had to have the full glare of main lights on all the time - not ideal in evening. The TV did not work - there was no signal. The shower gel in the shower and in the bath were empty Just minor issues - but annoying non the less. "
