What stood out for me was the adequate number of Marriott staff around and their high level of being very helpful while remaining friendly. Best breakfast in the UK. Much better staff than at the Hilton. On the downside, guest room lighting was, as before, pitiful. Not one light in the ceiling. Friends coming to visit me, missed the hotel because they saw a large DELTA sign and missed the much smaller Marriott. To me it is the Marriott, not that DELTA. Lifts are antiquated and slow. My room had power point problems, ones that could have been fixed years ago.

Very nice hotel within a 5 minute walk of Liverpool Lime Street Station in City Centre. It is modern, impeccably clean, with a staff dedicated to customer service. Very convenient to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Local transportation via bus and taxi are just outside.

Fab hotel, would def come back
Reception staff were brilliant, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, the egg station was great. Hotel was nice and quiet despite central location. Really comfy beds too.
