Room is good and spacious for our needs. Staff are pleasant and helpful. The AC was not good at all. There was no refrigerator in the room and when requested one, we were offered to keep our items at the refrigerator by the front desk!!!

Great stay & close to Liverpool Empire Theatre

This is the second time visiting this hotel which is conveniently located just a short walk from the Liverpool Empire Theatre. The staff here are always really helpful and friendly and the rooms as comfortable and clean.

Very good hotel right in the middle of Liverpool Center with nearaccess to "everything" and to a reasonable price and high comfort level. When I go to L´pool again I will try this hotel first.

Comfortable room in a good location just 2 minutes walk from Lime Street station. Staff were helpful but i was attending a conference and left my room at 8.30 am and returned at 4.30pm to find my room had not been serviced. I was told by reception that housekeeping work up until 6pm. Given that this is a city centre hotel with lots of business clients returning to rooms after work etc and that check in is 3pm onwards I feel that it was not up to standard to find my room unserviced.
