Excellent room lay out. Thoroughly enjoyed the room. Only problem was the wifi wasnt working in the building I was in. Upon checking I was told they were experiencing problems.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
I chose here for the location as we were going to a gig at Jimmys Bar.
Check in was easy although around the corner in another building. The staff were very lovely and helpful and friendly.
The room was very dark and gloomy as on the ground floor with windows tinted so no view or light. Electric lighting was poor. The bathroom had no fan and was enclosed so musty. No shower gels etc. take your own! Luckily someone left teabags, but you need milk.
The bed was amazingly comfortable so a good nights sleep.
The property was in a good location, the staff were polite on check-in, and the layout and functionality of the apartment was good. The bed was very comfy.
We had a ground floor room with no views and the windows were frosted so we couldn't see the sky or weather however there was some daylight. With the room being very dark painted it made it a bit oppressive and the lighting was terribly dim - impossible to put on make up!
The building and the room were a bit tired and unloved. There were dirty wet towels in the bathroom on our arrival. The bathroom fan didn't work so the whole place steamed up & there was nowhere to hang/dry towels. WiFi didn't work at all during our stay. Lighting was dim - not LED nor well placed. The fridge was dirty. Only one glass provided. Washing up liquid & sponge but nothing to dry dishes with. The bed sheet was torn in two places. The mattress had no protector & was stained. The pillows were not comfy.
Overall it met the requirement of a bed in central Liverpool but I would not recommend nor return in a hurry - especially when there's so much other choice!
Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together. Sofa bed incredibly uncomfortable. Dishwasher not working. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain properly. Rooms were incredibly stuffy but the air con made a horrendous loud squealing noise throughout the apartment. Tv had no channels or signal. WiFi didn’t work. One of the windows had no blinds/curtains which directly faced the sofa bed.
In general, it was a nice apartment in a great location. Was clean and most basic necessities were provided. We were happy enough for the price we paid but too many smaller details just weren’t up to scratch and the small improvements could go a long way.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Sheets on bed looked grey. Working being carried out above r room. Work started at 7.30am Monday and Tuesday. It was supposed to be a relaxing stay...epic didn't even know work was being carried out. They should of told us. Won't book it again.
Check in was fine, as expected. Staff were friendly and efficient.
The building communal corridors were filthy and tatty, which represented the room too.
Grubby walls and floor, tea and coffee hadn’t been topped up, someone’s used towel in the bathroom. Poorly made bed which I basically had to remake.
The bed was comfy and I slept ok.
Overall I wouldn’t stay again.
No running hot water or electricity in the morning we stayed. Room smelt funny and after complaining had no substantial replies just told the Gm would get back to me.
