Me and my boyfriend stayed here as we have a Liverpool tour already booked. The staff were so nice as we have never been to Liverpool before and told us all the good food places. I would definitely recommend this hotel as it is a walk from the a filed stadium and has some really good sights. :)

Just my opinion.
Lovely place couple of minor issues. The window was open and we were unable to close it as was extremly stiff. Could do with a xtra bin 1 only in the bathroom. Some shelf space in the bathroom would be good a toilet roll holder would also be a big help . The kettle situated right under the tv isn't ideal also cant be good that hot steam going into the cents under the tv. Maybe a tea and coffee tray rather than everything in the draw in the unit.

We booked the hotel to stay at after the Liverpool match. The day of the game was changed and the hotel and hotel.com wouldn’t let me change the date, give me a refund or give me hotel.com credit to book another hotel. Very disappointed.

Over night stay
Other than having to ring door bell a few times and wait for about 5 minutes before getting in (it was a cold late night!) it was terrific, perhaps a better system for guests arriving after normal hours would be good). Room size was large and spacious, well-heated and comfortable. Shower was adequate, be better if more water pressure - but some things are beyond the control of the venue. Hotel is currently being renovated and you can see glimmers of how good it will look when it is all finished. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room, along with a good hairdryer, which was definitely appreciated (much better than most hotels have). Many thanks.

Perfect. Highly recommended.
Lovely, clean and friendly hotel. Staff were brilliant and the manager was fantastic. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were going to Anfield Football ground for my boys 13th birthday as he is a massive Liverpool fan.
