"This is a large party space for things like hen dos. Its not a place for anyone to stay in if they're not their to party. There were crumbs on the stained sofa, freezing air pumped out non-stop, no hot water and the tv played at 100% volume or mute. We arrived earlier, tried talking to someone at all costs, calling to get a message saying that the number doesn't exist, knocking, using the password that was provided. We tried everything. Waited almost 2h to make sure it wasn't a timing thing but nobody ever replied.
