"3 day stay in Liverpool as a couple at the Liner Hotel. Great location just behind Lime Street Railway Station altho you would not know as very minimal noise. Room was spotless, King size bed very comfortable, bathroom fine with bath and shower attachments, nice toiletries supplied. Breakfast was good, buffet style both hot and cold choices. Bar inside the hotel too which was very nice, reasonable pricing and happy hours too. All staff that we came across were very polite and helpful. The hotel has its own parking area although we did not use it. Very happy with the hotel and recommend it"

"The price for the hydro pool was expensive and there shouldn’t be a charge. We were told we had been upgraded but our previous visit last year was a superior room. This year we opted for a standard room and even though they said we had been upgraded it was the same as what we had booked, basic - no additional extras e.g robes and slippers. Only a shower not a bath included like our superior room."

"This was a very nice hotel with elegant rooms. The bed was very comfortable. We were upgraded to a larger room because we were my millennium members. We also got to spend a wheel and won complementary drinks at the bar. Everything is Beatles themed, it is a classy place that is conveniently located to the cavern club, restaurants, and shopping area areas. We came in on the train and left at the bus station and were able to walk to both from this hotel. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"So the hotel doesn’t look much from the outside but inside it’s well furnished, great decor and very clean. The room had a charming aesthetic with beams, the bedding was excellent and very well equipped. The only complaint I had about the room was the nespresso machine was fiddly and the hot water is really hot so be careful! Would recommend especially for couples."
