The room was falsely advertised. There were no microwaves or clothing irons in the rooms, and the exercise room was very small with inadequate equipment. The best thing about the hotel is the supermarket right next to it. I would NOT stay there again.

A gem safe in a secure area. Able to walk in the neighborhood even as woman. The hotel stuff is friendly and accommodating. An on site store is convenient and has everything you may need when traveling. The hotel is clean and smells good. There was not one issue. The breakfast buffet offers a variety. The pool is kept clean and hotel provides entertainment in the pool area in the weekends. It’s guarded and well taken care off. We enjoyed our 9 day stay.

Good but not fantastic.
Room was ok, Bathroom quickly gets flooded due to lack of drainage outside the shower area. Food is very expensive but this is general in Lagos. Supermarket on site was brilliant. Laundry did a good job apart from misplacing my vests (however they were found after much noise). Staff were friendly and professional. They even allowed me to print documents in the reception.

They made my wife pay for breakfast. I book the room for her and a friend with breakfast included and they said only 1 breakfeast was unclided and forced her to pay cash for her friend. So If I was there you assume I book a room for 2 and my wife does not get breakfast? This was is embarrassing and disgraceful and the hotel said it was Exepdia's fault.

Just barely OK. Difficult to use data services in this hotel especially for a business person. The in house service provider is very terrible. Food and food service is terrible. Took 2 hours to prepare food and only for the food to be disappointing

Excellent space in Ikoyi
I was impressed by the service provided by the staff here. Everyone from the desk, room service and restaurant were attentive and pretty helpful when needed.

The front counter staff were lovely. There were issues with the aircon in the first room and after a short period of time they changed our room. There were issues with power outage throughout our 4 day stay. They advertise free breakfast for 2 but advised only 1 breakfast is complimentary. Tried to use the airport shuttle but on both occasions the driver was out on another "mission" . Over all the rooms were comfortable and staff generally polite

Power supply remains one of our hotel's main strengths for years, as we have independent capacity to supply power 24 hours a day, every day, without relying on public power supply which is generally epileptic. Astoria hotel is generally praised by our esteemed guests for delivering uninterrupted power always. Again, our policy on complimentary breakfast for grossly discounted package like the one booked by you is 'breakfast per room', not 'per occupant'. You may kindly draw our attention to the ads where you saw 'free breakfast for 2' for 100% refund of any payment you might have made for extra breakfast, please. Like we explained to you and everyone of you our esteemed guests, our shuttle service is strictly subject to availability. However, we do our best to assist our guests connect to 3rd party service providers, whenever the need arises. While regretting any inconvenience you might have experienced, we eagerly look for another opportunity to redefine your experience with us. Thank you for choosing Parkview Astoria Hotel

Rocky at the beginning due to booking miscommunication between customers service at Hotel . Com and Parkview Astoria Management. However, the issue was resolved quickly. My stay was pleasant, the staffs conducted themselves professionally. Good customer service. Homely atmosphere. I will strongly recommend it to my friends and family members. Looking forward to my next stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

I appreciated my accommodations and the staff was superb! I suggest the menu being changed because having the same type of breakfast options every day for the quality of the hotel and staff doesn't align. I thought my request for a hamburger should have been a simple request, but the meal wasn't available. Otherwise, you have a excellent property and employees. I would highly recommend your hotel to others although the restaurant's options needs improvement.

Ok Hotel.
The structure was decent enough, one of the cleaner Lagos hotels. Nevertheless, the vibe was off. The staff need better training. More to staff: When one stays there, one isn't being done a favour. For example, I was told as I didn't like the solitary sachet of Milo on offer, I was welcome to go and buy my own coffee from their shop outside. Lovely! Not! The gym had clearly not been used in ages. Machines were caked with dust. Some manager said that the treadmill motor had just been removed the day before for fixing anf will be ready the next day. Highly doubt that. Likely will still not be working next month. Breakfast offerings were slim. Eggs, eggs and more eggs. Bread with omelette, or yam with egg stew. For one suffering from an egg allergy, it was slim pickings with only coffee to be had. At 12:05, the room phone rang and I was told my time was up 5 minutes earlier. Minutes after, the cleaning staff came in and stood around... in the room... as I finished packing. Too, too poor.

Hotel stay
Wifi rarely working, prices for food and services high, electric in and off. I asked use a hair dryer he said the only one they had was broken so they weren't able to accommodate me. Music always blaring in public areas. Hotel staff very nice and room is clean but could use some renovation.

Beautiful location within a gated community!
The hotel staff were really nice, helpful and friendly. They were always quick to address any issues which made for a very warm environment. Convenient supermarket located on premises and a 24-hour staffed restaurant in the hotel. The manager and assistant manager were also very friendly always greeted guests warmly and quick to attend to your needs. The hotel was safe and neat, had a community feeling. My family and I had a wonderful experience here and won't mind staying here again.

Bad restaurant, good business location
The hotel is OK. The staff is very friendly. However, everybody is highly unqualified to serve guests. It seems like no training has taken place. The restaurant is a joke and they have absolutely no clue about the very simple menu. You probably won't get what you ordered ... even though you have to wait an hour for it. The good thing is that the hotel is located at the far far back of a gated residential area so it's very quiet. Very central in Lagos too.

As a frequent business traveller,i get to spend time in many good hotels.Based on the 3 Star rating of this hotel,i was not expecting too much.But I was pleasantly surprised and highly impressed at the overall experience I had here. The service delivery was excellent.From the top management to the amiable lady and porter at the front desk who checked me in,everyone did their bit to make my stay perfect and enjoyable. The rooms were clean,the ambiance was good and the location is secure.I would stay here again and I recommend it whole-heartedly.

Bon hotel pour un court séjour
Il s'agit de chambres dans un complexe en face d'un hôtel. Donc le petit dej et la réception ne sont pas facilement accessibles. Ceci dit la chambre est propre et bien chauffée, le petit dej un peu basique, mais faites attention à la machine imprimante qui est à la réception. 1 livre par page.....page que vous n'aurez jamais. Et pas question de demander le remboursement à la réception parce que la gestion est affecté à une boite externe.
