"The grounds are beautifully kept. The views are spectacularly unreal. Sunsets from the hot tub and our balcony were breathtaking. The unit had everything we needed (towels, ice trays, small cooler to take on our outings, microwave, dishes) except for paper towels, which we bought at the market. Walk right down the cliff steps to dive into the abyss or just down the street to Playa Lagun where you’ll find at least two restaurants just past the beach. The singing chef just up the road at Discover Lagun restaurant prepares a variety of delicious meals. Since we are used to living in close quarters, we brought the mattress downstairs and let the heat rise to the second floor/bedroom while we enjoyed the comforts of the fan and A/C on the first floor. Gracious staff let me borrow a charger when mine went kaput. Gated entrance feels secure. Can’t wait to return!"

"We had an amazingly beautiful 😍ocean view, and a nice big pool. The apartment was clean and roomy. It had everything we needed. Just a small note, there was a kitchen but no stove only a cook top, which was fine. The staff was super accommodating and helpful. The beach is absolutely stunning it’s a 2 min walk from there. Umbrellas are 10$ and 7$ for a chair. There is also a small restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you want to explore the island, and the rest of their amazing beaches, then you will need to rent a car. The real positive thing about staying on the west side of the island is that you have the 3 of the most beautiful beaches closer by. The best one by far is Grote Knip beach which is an 8 min by car from Playa lagoon. There is a cliff you can climb and jump off from into the water. Bring beach shoes if you are not comfortable walking around on small pebbles or rocks. When you get into the ocean it’s all sand and super clear. Snorkeling gear is a must if you can bring, or you can always go downstairs from the hotel and just rent everything for as long as you need them. It was very convenient to have a dive shop on the premises. The city is about a 45 min drive, but so worth it if you want to experience some music, history, architecture, restaurants, shopping etc.. The closest grocery store is a 25 min drive. A special thank-you to Yuri that made our stay exceptional 🙏. And to Sunny for the car rental. Highly recommend this stay! 😃😃😃"

"Absolutely breathtaking location perched up on beautiful oceanside cliffs! Views of open ocean and beaches of Playa Lagun for days!! Direct access to cliffside dock for easy snorkeling and scuba diving. Walkable to 2 restaurants and scuba diving on site. Quick drive to national parks and natural view like Watamula Hole. Air conditioning in only the bedroom of this unit but it looked like they were adding AC to living spaces in other units. So quiet and peaceful. Must go and stay here!!! Stop for groceries on your way at small local mini marts."

"We had a great time. Very nice condo : big, a/c in each room, 2 bathrooms (huge plus when travel with kids :) ), and beach (Lagun) with best snorkeling (we did snorkel all over west) right down the steps. There are 4 places to eat within 2 mins walk : 2 small shacks (great food, price, and service) and 2 restaurants (we only tried Bahia and were not impressed). If plan on cooking may have to stop by supermarket (Centrum or California) on a way : there are no big stores around. We also used D&D car rent Bonnie recommended. Definitely will rent again when back. Thank you, Bonnie!"

"We had an amazing stay and can’t say enough good things about this property and the host, Bernard! From the moment we booked, Bernard was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. He made the entire process seamless and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, including a cooler which he made sure was there when we arrived.The home itself was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the space. The little details, like clear instructions, local recommendations, and the welcoming atmosphere, really made our stay special.What truly stood out was Bernard's hospitality. He checked in to make sure everything was going well and was always quick to respond if we had a question. It’s rare to find a host who is this attentive while still giving guests plenty of privacy to enjoy their stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-hosted VRBO experience. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!"
