The Walton House is 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms and sits on a 24-acre estate overlooking beautiful Lake Alfred! This house was built in October 2019 to provide up to 6 guests with a premier experience in southern hospitality. Stay with us for a wedding, a romantic getaway, or your next family vacation to Disney World!

Beautiful Lake Cabin!

The property was absolutely stunning. Lake views were so beautiful and the property was new and well-maintained. Check In and check out we're very easy and the host is extremely, accommodating and flexible with times. Communication was also very prompt when we had questions. Can't wait to stay here again!

Wedding Weekend

We rented all 4 cottages for the wedding weekend. It was so special having family friends together and so convenient to be right on property. Erick & Debbie were very easy to work with.

Great views

Was very clean, very nice, everything in the house was very good quality. Only down side was beds were to soft I have a bad back. Other then that highly recommend. Will be coming back with just my wife. Kids loved having their own room.

It was a wonderful hidden gem! The only thing is I wasn’t able to locate a recycling can and I never received an email prior to check in. I did use the number on the listing and the kind person texted me back right away!

Great place to get away.

This property was perfect for our needs.We went to Legoland two days, and Disney Springs once. Not too much immediately around, but everything you need is close enough. Although we didn’t use it, the pool was immediately across the street from our home, and it was very nice. Zach was great to work with, and very quick to respond and help with any questions. Our first night there, the AC stopped working and Zach sent the technician out at 9:00 pm so we were not sleeping in a hot house. A snake had crawled onto the compressor unit and fried itself to it. Technician got it working again quickly. I would stay here again!

Southern Sunshine

Overall we had a positive stay at the Adam’s Estate. The property is absolutely beautiful and the homes are decorated in a cute Southern style. We come to the area every year for a family trip and I wanted to stay somewhere away from the Orlando hustle and bustle. Adam’s Estate is the perfect choice if you want to do things a little differently than the usual Orlando thing. We had a few minor issues with our stay(garbage leftover from previous guests, mediocre communication with the check-in process, no linens for the foldout sofa, and construction noise beginning before 7am) but the beauty of the Estate and the luxury of the rental homes made up for the inconveniences. When we return next year we will absolutely consider staying here again if our travels bring us this way! :-)

Serene home away from home

Will now only stay here when in the Orlando area. Hands down, perfect place for small or large families wanting to gather for quality time in peaceful setting with the option of nearby theme parks. Well-managed & beautiful property for family reunions or special events to just plain relaxation getaway.

Fun location

Our kids enjoyed exploring the property and seeing the small gators. There is a train close by that was quite loud, but the neighborhood itself was very peaceful

Love this place!

We have stayed here 2 times during our kiddos soccer tournament and LOVE IT! The grounds are beautiful and the pool overlooks the lake. Great upkeep and brand new accomadations. The cottages are amazing!

Wedding weekend at Adams estate.

We rented all 4 houses on site for the wedding weekend at adams estate. It was perfect being on site. Property manager , Zack, was very kind and easy to work with. Houses were all very clean and beautiful!

Beautiful Getaway

My family stayed here while we visited Disney World and we had the best time. Our rental house was lovely, clean, central to everywhere we wanted to go, and the property manager was more than helpful before, during, and after our stay. Thank you for a great vacation!
