"It is a campus by itself, they provide free ride to various facilities. We got a clear view of the cone-shaped Adrenal mountain from the balcony. So much green vegetation all around. The room is large and convenient. The staff are very friendly. Food in the restaurant is great but the menu is same every day. I will highly recommend it to my friends."

"There were so many good things about this hotel! Staff: friendly, accommodating, welcoming. Nella, Christopher and Chris (Kiko) were particularly engaging and lovely — everyone else was really nice too…! Location: gorgeous views; quiet area; zero traffic; accessible distance to other attractions (La Fortuna; hanging bridges; Arenal 1968; etc.) Property: villas were spacious, comfortable, private. Restaurant on site was easy to access, serving delicious foods. Two pools (one warm, one cool) allowed for great options; property was maintained very well, clean and pleasing. We would highly recommend this place to anyone staying in the area of Nuevo Arenal…!"

"The host was very attentive and helpful. The property was beautiful. Incredible view of the volcano and a nice tub outside to relax in. The location was further away than we would have liked from the activities we were doing and there is about a 20 minute drive on a dirt road leading to the house. "

"Absolutely gorgeous property with an amazing wrap-around porch and spectacular views. I was not expecting the winding drive around Lake Arenal, if you get motion sickness come prepared. Easy access to Tilaran where you can get everything you need, cool little butcher and mini-market down the road to supply your stay if you dont want to drive into Tilaran. The house had a few hornets nests that once we notified the property manager they sent someone to take care of them immediately. The only issue we had with the property was the freezer wasnt freezing and the description of the properties location was a little off- it was actually on the left side of the road but still the 4th property in the complex. Made for an excellent base of operations for waterfall exploration, hotsprings soaking, and stimulating the local economy with tourism . Would definitely stay here again."
