Located in a private forest setting on 1.5 acres of land, Little Bear Lodge is a mile away from the Lake Arrowhead Village; with shopping, restaurants and beautiful Lake Arrowhead itself. This large comfortable home is surrounded by another 60 acres of forest and is the essence of private mountain living.

- The house utilizes a septic tank which is common for mountain living. Do not flush anything other than the provided toilet paper.
- No food or beverages (other than water) shall be consumed in the bedrooms. Kitchen, living room, and upstairs loft are all ok.
- No glass containers in or around the hot tub. Shatter proof glasses have been provided.
