"When I FIRST entered the establishment, I was greeted and helped by a young lady named Morgan. She was very kind and ourteous. When I was checking out or just before another different older female was there. It was about 10am I asked if I could get a cup of coffee for breakfast. Checkout is 1200pm so officil I was still a guest. This wench bluntly told me that No I couldnt as the cafè was closed at 930am . This seemed all to convenient to me so instead of causing a fuss I left but will not use your business again."

"The first room we were sent to was not cleaned. In the second room, the lights were unplugged. There was only a thin blanket (more like a sheet on the bed) and we borrowed pillows from the couch to be able to sleep.
