"This is a perfectly acceptable airport hotel. A plus is that their airport shuttle starts running at 3:30am, whereas a lot of the other area airport hotels don't start offering their shuttle until like 5:00-6:00am. At an airpot that has a plethora of flights between 4:45-6:00am it's nice to have one that has an early shuttle. The staff was great, the price was in line with what you'd expect for an airport hotel, and the room was clean, so nothing to complain about. I'd definitely book again."
"I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy. Should have gone with my gut feeling and paid the insurance for false advertising. Expedia picture is nice...for ten years ago. The pool was filled in, the room reserved wasn't available, the smoking room offered had a rusty old refrigerator, tile is cracked in all rooms I was shown, how much more should I say? My friend turned off the TV with the remote. We came back, the remote is missing. All of our stuff appears to be intact. I'm expecting to lose my deposit which I wasn't told about until I got here. They'll probably keep it because I can't produce the remote. There's another review I read with a similar experience regarding a mysterious fee when they checked out. If you' e read this far, please petition Expedia to remove them from being recommended. Put them on the worst list. This is the second time in all the times using Expedia that I have encountered this. Did I mention the roaches in the bathroom?"
