Large family-friendly waterfront house in Lake Cowichan

  • Enjoy your stay at this large, family-friendly waterfront house on a quiet road in Lake Cowichan. Situated on a half acre of manicured land, this 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom home boasts amazing views of the water and mountains, with a large dock perfect for swimming, boating, fishing or just relaxing. An expansive deck allows for outdoor dining or entertaining, while the 6-person hot tub is available for guest use, as is the trampoline for kids. Despite feeling like you’re in the middle of nature, the house is a 4 minute walk to groceries, a liquor store, a few pubs and restaurants and Tim Hortons. The house is on a wide and very calm stretch of river located a 10 minute paddle or a quick boat ride from the Lake. Lots of parking available for cars, RVs or boats.

    A one minute walk from the Centennial Park shuttle pickup for Sunfest and Laketown Shakedown.
