"Very peaceful environment, relaxing and zen. Property is quite old and vintage so a little of the rust and rustic finishes. Bugs are around due to greenery and lake"

"Room smelt ok. Tv was horrible. Scetch people hanging around. Pool was full of leaves but there was a pool guy there at 9:00 pm. Shower head was discussing and water sprayed out all over the floor so we had to use all the towels to dry it up. "

"Easy parking and well appointed room with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine with coffee and cups. "

"The condition of Building No. 3, where we were accommodated, is deplorable—dirty, old, and very unsightly. I felt unsafe because there are bars in the surrounding area. In the room we were assigned, the beds were made, but the sheets and pillows were dirty; there was hair everywhere, and it smelled of sweat. It was disgusting. There is no restaurant service, and the places to get breakfast are two miles away. It was a very bad experience at this hotel; I do not recommend it at all."

"The property on the outside looks good but on the inside is another story. The smell of urine in the room you can see the mold in the AC unit and the lamp. Tried to fight the charge as we didn’t even/ couldn’t stay they didn’t have any other room to offer and with asthma that wasn’t the place to stay. Even for one nite. "

"We were there for a month and cooked a lot of meals. The kitchen was very well stocked, not only with kitchen wares, but with staples such as coffee, bottled water, "tupperware", ziplock bags, paper plates and ample supplies of paper goods."

"This was a perfect place for us. We were at the Sunnyland boat show. This location was very convenient to Tavares and Mt. Dora. We enjoyed eating out in both places. It was very clean and comfortable for us. Looking forward to returning in the future. "
