"My husband, our Mini Dachshund and I love this place. This was our second Christmas staying here and we have already reserved Christmas next year for our annual Christmas visit (my husband is from the area). It was perfect for our little family. Plenty of room, close to grocery store, safe and quiet. Has all of the basics you need other than food. Highly recommend."

"We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here for a mini-adventure planned around the Solar Eclipse! The hosts were incredibly thoughtful and set out some much appreciated goodies for our arrival. House was the perfect amount of space for us, and all the furniture was comfortable (beds, couch, dining table). Loved having the washer and dryer and definitely used it. "In area for concert at HyMark stadium and was 12 minutes away with convenient Tim Horton coffee shop, shopping and dining near by. Waterstone grille- great service and food. Host very responsive and checked in during our stay. Bed was comfortable, few cobwebs on ceiling, but otherwise clean. Busy road, but didn’t bother us."

"Karrie is an amazing host! This is the second time that we have stayed here for work. It's hard to believe we were working while enjoying this beautiful home. Everything we needed was in the house. Beds were comfortable, well stocked kitchen with all of the essentials, extremely comfortable and welcoming. "What a lovely house close to the lake, with great lake view. Everything was ready for us and it was easy to check in. One thing, the upstairs does have low ceilings, so if you are very tall, you will want to stay in the downstairs bedroom. Thanks so much for a lovely stay!"

"Awesome spot if you want to relax out of the business of life.....short drives to anything you would want or need...perfect home set back in the woods with a very comfy feeling and very responsive host! Recommend you check this one out! Definitely will be coming back again! The home smelled very nice and the cleanliness was awesome. Plenty of space to spread out ..and room for kids to play."
