"Pros: The rooftop deck and the pool in the neighborhood were definitely highlights! We enjoyed every minute because the house is very thoughtfully designed and well situated without street noise. Very relaxing, especially with the outdoor seating in the beautifully planted and bee-friendly garden. There is NO AIR CONDITIONING even though the listing clearly stated there was A/C and there is not a single fan in the house, either.
