"The Gardaland hotel is very family orientated. The staff are extremely welcoming, helpful and the hotel has thought of every requirement needed for families with young children. This is the perfect place to stay for young and old"

"A truly special place. The staff are incredible and genuinely can’t do enough for you. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are lovely and very well maintained, and the free spa access is a fantastic bonus. The spa was also very quiet during our stay. The sun loungers on the lake are fantastic, with very attentive lifeguards who even move your umbrella to make sure you stay shaded. The thermal pool is lovely too. The breakfast is very comprehensive, with a great selection of hot and cold food, hot drinks, as well as the option to order eggs exactly how you like them. The location is excellent, right outside the entrance to the historic centre. It’s also close to bus routes, making it very easy to get around, including getting to Verona. 10/10 experience. If we return to Lake Garda, we will certainly stay here again."

"Just back from a great holiday with 3 young children. The staff are great, restaurants serve amazing food and cocktails with live music at weekends. Kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools and it was great to be able to walk along the lake front onto the old town"

"The location was great - right on the water and close to the castle, shops and boat docks. It was over 100 degrees when we visited and the air conditioning in the room helped but couldn’t keep up with the heat. The room was comfortable but a little old and dusty. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

The rooms are clean, well\-maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay, including air conditioning for added comfort. The hotel also serves an excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options, making it a perfect way to start the day. In addition, the pool area provides a great space to unwind and enjoy some leisure time during your visit. Overall, this is an excellent choice for both short and extended stays. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality accommodation, great service, and excellent amenities."

"Good location and friendly staff, especially Andrea on the bar. Breakfast was good quality and good variety. Pool is good. Room and bathroom had been refurbished. Beds were on the firmer side. Great location, with beaches and bars within 5 to 10 mins walk. Supermarket and Pharmacy similar distance. Bus to Sirmione Historical Centre was convenient. Though, the schedule did not prove the most reliable. Parking worked reasonably well, the underground car park is tight for large vehicles. We always managed to park on or, near the property. Our in room safe broke, 3 days into a 7 day stay. Staff tried to help, but couldn't fix. In room fridge didn't work, which would have been helpful for cold water. We really enjoyed our stay and would consider returning to this hotel."

"Really enjoyed our stay. The room was clean but don’t leave any sugar drinks or food out! We did have ants but it’s expected on a property close to the water/mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had plenty of options. The coffee and croissants were fantastic! Also bikes were free and paddle boards were 10$ which we took advantage of and were a nice touch for our stay. The hotel isn’t walking distance to much but the bus/trolly stop was right outside the door so very convenient. For the price of our stay and different amenities this hotel hit the mark!"

"Good value, dated bedding but clean and large rooms. Food average but drinks all self service and good selection. Shuttle bus very good, if too busy to fit everyone on they came straight back for us"
