Beautiful views and a lovely birthday getaway My husband and I stayed here for my birthday and loved the gorgeous views, huge deck, updated bathroom, amazing shower, and well-equipped kitchen. At about 709 square feet, it was smaller than it appeared in the photos, but it worked well for the two of us. A few things could use attention: the neck jets in the only neck chair part of the hot tub were not working, & I have had major neck pain & was sooo looking forward to it..the golf cart shown in the listing was unavailable, and the outdoor speakers shut off after about 30 seconds. We also found the instruction book only during our last hour, so clearer information about the amenities before arrival or at check-in would have been helpful. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed the area and would still recommend this lovely spot for a couples’ getaway. It’s beautiful & newly remodeled with stairs down to the water.

Amazing view of the water and fun place to stay

This unit was one of the best on the island! The back deck is amazing and the water views cannot be beat. Great location and the golf cart was a lot of fun driving around the island with our pups. Steve as a great host and check in was flawless We will be back!

Relaxing get away

This was a great, quiet & relaxing getaway for my new husband and I. Some much needed r&r after our wedding. We had a great time and my husband got to enjoy fishing every morning. We also took our dogs with us. We had a great time & would love to come back again! Thanks for a great stay.

Amazing Views

First time to Lake Havasu and could not be more impressed with our stay. Booking and communication went smoothly with no issues. The location and accommodations were perfect for my wife and I. Right on the lake, beautiful sun sets and sun rises! Crystal clear water and just a short drive or Uber from anything. Ready to be back already!

Nice place

Beautiful place a little smaller then iit looked and there’s no way you can sleep 5 people unless you have some sleep outside but the deck is huge way bigger then the house. But, you can sleep 2 comfortably.

The Deck is Amazing!

Absolutely LOVED our stay here...the deck is absolutely amazing - the lights, jacuzzi, furniture, views, stars - when we weren't out on the water, we spent the majority of our time on the deck! We had everything we needed inside and out...We really love staying at Sam's Beachcomber Resort, and Steven was an awesome host - he was very responsive and we enjoyed the hospitality and would love to visit again! Thanks again!

Amazing location!

We very much enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was just as it should be. Fixtures were largely new, or near new. Bedroom very comfortable, and massive TV to boot. Although my wife and I didn’t use it, the outdoor hot tub was spacious, very clean and well maintained. Partial carport is appreciated to keep the sun off the car. The deck overlooking the river is sensational. Outdoor furniture was excellent---and where we spent much of our time. The Resort itself is also very friendly. A stay here can also access a Resort slip for a boat which would make things convenient, but the owners are best to ask about this.

Quick trip to Havasu

The resort was clean, and the staff was helpful and professional. The boat ramps and slips were convenient. The public boat ramp that is located next to the resort was a better choice since the water level at the resort ramp was too low. Parking at the house was not made for bigger vehicles, it had just barely had enough room for our full size. The bed was comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The a/c units worked wonderful. The house needs painted inside, and a better cleaning process of the whole house especially the shower floor. A window blind was missing in the living room, it was in a box on top of the fridge but hadn't been installed. Host stated that there would be a new dishwasher installed since the one in the house was not working.

This cozy rental felt like a cottage perched on the edge of a serene lake. The expansive deck/hot tub made for great watercraft viewing, lovely mornings, and gorgeous sunsets! Well stocked, with fresh, clean linens.
