"I asked for ground floor and was given a basement level requiring stairs. Basement is level 1. After getting settle in our room while freshening up housekeeping knocked on the door and then opened the door. This was around 6pm and we did not latch the security lock. Beds were comfortable and clean the towels are thin and very small. There was no bath rug/ towel for steeping out of the shower so we used 2 hand towels. There was a breakfast included but it was poorly staffed. They were using regular plates not paper and they would run out and guests had to wait until they washed them. Guests were waiting for hot eggs and they were out of yogurt and boiled eggs. It seems like they were not prepared for the amount of guests and did not have enough staff to service the needs of the guests. I will rethink before I stay at this hotel again."

"Stayed one night on our visit to Lake Havasu. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay. The staff were welcoming and the property well maintained. The highlight of our visit was the pool, clean, refreshing and not overly crowded. Would recommend this location to everyone."

"The desk chair surface has been chipped, and was scribbled. It looks dirty. That is still okay for me because I can use the other chair. The worst thing is, the only faucet doesn't function, I would describe the water flow as dripping. This property needs a lot of improvement."
