"My husband and I travelled through on a motorbike and stayed at the Alpine Gables Resort. We were greeted very friendly and received an unexpected upgrade to a river view room which was just beautiful. We had dinner at the Brumby and enjoyed the entertainment of open mic friday night. "A really easy check in & key collection. Felt safe & cosy in the generous room which even had a bath! Sensational!"

"Whilst they had strict rules for cleaning up, spare garbage bags and a sink to wash your eating materials in rather than the bathroom sink - and a tea towel would be nice. They don't want stains on their towels but don't provide a tea towel or a bath mat. Other than that it was absolutely gorgeous, loved it and cosy."

"Outstanding accommodation if you don't mind a shared bathroom. That said, the bathrooms, male and female, were spacious and super clean with individual, lockable cubicles for privacy. Bedrooms are also spacious with extremely comfortable beds. Breakfast is provided and choice of continental or hot breakfast cooked to your order. The hosts could not have been more pleasant or helpful. We arrived very late at night and our rooms were ready and waiting with the keys inside and the heaters on to make them toasty warm on a cold night! For a budget conscientious family or individuals, you can't go past the Kookaburra Ski Inn at Jindabyne!"

"Great location, views were amazing. Property was well equipped and spacious. Check in is late by industry standards and we were only able to get one of the many televisions working. We are tech savvy and were still not able to get any of the other televisions connected and working - somewhat frustrating to only have one working for a venue housing 14 people. "
