"The Yellow House is a wonderful B and B for a relaxing weekend. The owner is very conscientious and his breakfasts reflect that. There was always hot coffee available in the mornings and snacks, including home made cookies, during the day. The house is very clean and well kept. Our bed was a little small and therefore, I found it hard to sleep well. The next time we stay here I would request a room with a larger bed. I would definitely return for a weekend here. "

"The lady who owns the motel is so so nice and inviting! There were vacant rooms during our stay, so she let my husband and I upgrade to a room with one king size bed vs 2 queen beds. Every time we saw her she asked if she could do anything for us. They also have their dog at the property (they live on site) and she’s the sweetest, friendliest dog ever!!! The rooms were also very, very nice and cozy. Would highly recommend!"

"My husband and I had originally planned to stay 6 nights. As soon as we saw the property we added 2 more nights (thankful they were available)! It is a perfect mountain retreat! The cabin is cozy, comfortable, and very pretty. We like to cook and we had everything we needed. Love the Maggie Valley/Waynesville area so much we are hoping to retire there soon. "It was in an amazinly beautiful location and all the people we met, staff, etc. were very friendly and helpful. Our only complaint was the inability to reach staff when we needed them. Housekeeping has no direct contact number. We kept going to the golf shop and he would arrange for what we needed by getting in touch for us"
