Reserving through Expedia was easy and smooth. The hotel met our expectations, we were allowed to check in earlier. Staff gave us a very good assistance when needed. Room was clean and comfortable. There were no hidden costs nor crazy charges. I would suggest a shuttle from the self parking area to the hotel lobby, even a 6 seats golf cart could bring a better experience than walking that stretch.

Have stayed at the Venetian many times property very clean. Some of the guest service was very helpful. Some was a little standoffish but overall very exceptional property the VIP suites or a little outdated but still very nice.
